Sarah Abrahams
Founder & Director
“ Hi, I’m Sarah, a coach, enabler and speaker who is fuelled by colourful moments and good coffee.
I’m curious, love learning and making a positive impact.
I explored new parts of the world before starting a successful and varied career by chance in the corporate world. I quickly realised my strengths are people: understanding their world, hopes, worries, abilities, motivators and I get business strategy. I’ve led large matrix teams with empathy and compassion through high pressure change, delivering business results whilst developing motivated, high performing individuals and teams.
In addition, I had an idea which could make a difference, so I inspired a community of people to help improve a society problem, because it’s the right thing to do.
All sounds so straight forward, but like all of us, I’ve also navigated the realities of life. A promising career, then stepping off for five years to have kids, returning and starting again and having the best career years after 40. Juggling parenting, travelling for work and doing a couple of post grads.
Now I’m making a positive impact on a bigger scale. I’ve been told I’m brave but when it’s what you are are driven to do, you just have to see where the road takes you.”
Sarah lives in Devon with her husband, has a daughter and son, loves being outdoors, or by the fire and sometimes is never happier than when she has sand between her toes. She loves a great conversation, funny story and exploring new places.
