With over 25 years’ experience as a FTSE 100 senior leader in financial services and organisational change, I’ve worked closely with C-Suite navigating complexity, delivering transformation and building high-performing teams.

I’ve led large matrix teams through high-pressure change, balancing commercial delivery with developing engaged, capable people.

I understand how organisations really work:

  • the dynamics at senior levels

  • the pressure of stepping into bigger roles

  • and how leadership capability directly impacts business performance

Alongside my corporate career, I’ve also navigated my own transition back into senior roles, stepping away for a period, returning, and progressing later in my career.

That experience gives me a real understanding of what it takes to:

  • step forward with confidence

  • rebuild momentum

  • and operate effectively at a more senior level

My focus now is helping organisations strengthen their female leadership pipeline, not just by developing talent, but by ensuring women step forward and succeed when they do.

Because real progress isn’t just about getting women into senior roles, it’s about what happens next.

Alongside Grace & Grit, I founded Empowering Girls South West, a programme connecting young women with female role models to build confidence, broaden aspirations and challenge gender stereotypes.

This work gives me a unique perspective on the leadership pipeline, from early confidence and aspiration through to senior progression.

I combine this with formal qualifications in people and leadership development, including:

  • CIPD Level 7 Diploma in HR

  • Trained ILM Level 7 Advanced Executive and Senior Leader Coaching & Mentoring

  • Emotions Coaching Practitioner

  • Member of the Institute of Leadership and Management and European Mentoring and Coaching Council

I live in Devon with my family and am happiest outdoors, by the sea or enjoying a great conversation.
